At Kallistēi Beauty, we offer two consultation pathways — medical telehealth services with Dr Pauline Pahtsivanidis and professional dermal consultations with our Bachelor-qualified clinicians.
Each service is designed to provide structured, inclusive, and professionally guided care that meets you exactly where you are — online, from the comfort of home.

Consultations with Dr Pauline

1. Telehealth Consultation — Script Skincare

$50 AUD / 15 minutes

A short telehealth consultation for clients requiring prescription or compounded skincare.

How it works:

  1. Book your consultation and complete the e-form.

  2. Enjoy a 15-minute phone call with Dr Pauline.

  3. You’ll receive an invoice for your custom formulation (typically $50–$150 per 30 ml).

  4. We send your prescription to the compounding pharmacy.

  5. Allow approximately 9 business days to receive your order (2 days processing + 7 days compounding).

2. Telehealth Review — Script Skincare Repeats

$30 AUD / 5 minutes

A brief review for returning clients requiring repeats or minor updates.

How it works:

  1. Book your review and update your medical form if needed.

  2. 5-minute follow-up call with Dr Pauline.

  3. Scripts are sent to the pharmacy with directions and usage guidance.

  4. Delivery in approximately 9 business days after payment.

3. Comprehensive In-Person Consultation — NIMMS Hawthorn

For a full medical skin and health consultation, clients may book directly with Dr Pauline at the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM), Hawthorn.

Consultations with Our Clinicians

1. Gold Consultation

$150 AUD / 45 minutes

Ideal for clients seeking a customised skincare routine, product suggestions, or compounded skincare recommendations (no at-home treatment protocols).

How it works:

  1. Book your consultation and complete your forms.

  2. Attend your 45-minute Zoom consultation with your clinician.

  3. Receive your personalised skincare plan with directions and safety guidance.

  4. If recommended, you’ll receive a quote for custom skincare (typically $50–$150 per 30 ml).

  5. Once paid, your products will arrive in approximately 9 business days.

2. Platinum Consultation

$250 AUD / 60 minutes

A full-service consultation including skincare routine design and at-home treatment education.
Your clinician will guide you through appropriate home-use protocols such as microneedling, gentle peels, and dermaplaning — with step-by-step education and safety directions.

How it works:

  1. Book your consultation and complete your forms.

  2. Attend your 1-hour Zoom session with your clinician.

  3. Receive your personalised plan, including skincare routine, at-home treatment guidance, and product quotes.

  4. If recommended, pay for your custom formulations or treatment items.

  5. Your order will arrive within 9 business days of payment.

3. Review Consultation

$100 AUD / 30 minutes

A follow-up for existing clients who wish to review or update their plan.
Your clinician will assess changes in your skin, routine, or environment and refine your program accordingly.
