Email your clinician clear “before” photos prior to your appointment. (You’ll receive instructions on how to take and send these once your consultation fee payment has been processed.)
Current Skincare & Tools – Photos
Email us photos of all your current skincare products and any tools you regularly use at home (e.g., rollers, LED, devices).
Current Skincare & Tools – On Hand
Have your current skincare products and tools with you during your consultation for review and guidance.
Completed Forms
Ensure all consultation forms are filled out and signed at least one day before your appointment. This allows your clinician time to review your information thoroughly before your session.
If you are under the care of a doctor or specialist, our clinicians may need to ask for their authorisation as well as the co authorisation of our in house medical doctor in order to proceed.
